We will always try our best to get your order canceled, but if for some reason we are not able to, you may:
➡️ Refuse the delivery and have the driver send it back (if you are present at the time of delivery).
➡️ Contact the courier directly and have them stop the shipment. FedEx and UPS, for example, have options to cancel a shipment. To find out who is delivering your order, check the Order Status page.
➡️ Start a return from our Returns Center.
Note: If you refuse a delivery or cancel a shipment with the courier, please let us know so we can expedite your refund.
