Return shipping is free the majority of the time. Please see below for possible scenarios where it may or may not be free.

Return shipping is always free if:

⏺ You receive a damaged product

⏺ The product does not work as intended

⏺ The product was falsely advertised (inaccurate description)

Return shipping may not be free if:

⏺ You have a change of mind and no longer wish to keep the product

Note: We will always do our best to provide a prepaid return label regardless of the circumstances, however, some sellers will require shipping costs to be covered if it isn't due to a product issue.
