Abunda offers a simple 30-day return policy, with some exceptions:
◾️ Most renewed and refurbished items are returnable up to 90 days
◾️ Apple products are generally returnable up to 15 days
◾️ Items classified as hazardous or flammable may not be returnable
🎁 Holiday Returns
During the holiday season, most products purchased between November 1 and December 31 are returnable until January 31, except for Apple products, which can be returned until January 15.
All items on our platform will display a "Returns Info" section on the product details page, so you can be informed prior to making a purchase. Just look for this section before adding an item to your cart:
Note: Should an item be returned in a used, damaged, or materially different state, you may be eligible for a partial refund or incur a restocking fee.
