About

Zip is one of our finance partners. They help us enable financing on millions of products.

They offer a simple installment plan:

  • Pay in 4: four installments over six weeks, with 25% due at checkout

Zip charges no interest. A small installment fee (up to $7.50 per order) may apply and is always shown at checkout before you commit. Depending on your order, Zip may also offer other installment lengths; available plans are always displayed at checkout.

How do I use Zip?

  1. Build your cart

  2. Select Google Pay during checkout

  3. Choose Pay over time once the Google Pay window opens

  4. Select Zip and follow the on-screen prompts

  5. Receive your order

  6. It's that easy!

Am I eligible?

To use Zip, you must:

  • Reside in the US

  • Be at least 18 years old

  • Have a valid US-based mobile number that can receive SMS

  • Pay with a US credit or debit card (prepaid and international cards are not accepted)

Meeting these requirements doesn't guarantee approval. Every order goes through Zip's instant approval process.

What goes into the approval process?

Zip approves each order individually, and the decision happens seamlessly in the background during checkout. Here is what they may use to make a decision:

  • Soft credit check results

  • Your repayment history with Zip

  • Order value

  • Having the first payment (25% of the order total) available on your card

If you are declined, check out this article for recommendations.

Will it affect my credit score?

No. Zip never performs a hard credit check, so applying will not affect your credit score. Missed payments, however, may be sent to collections, which can hurt your score. Learn more here.

What is the min/max finance amount?

Minimum: $30

Maximum: $1,200

How do I make a payment?

To make a payment, view your payment schedule, or manage your payment methods, use the Zip app or log in to the Zip Customer Portal.
